I joined Mohsir sir and Wasim sir almost 1 and a half years ago. I started learning kick boxing with them, it was so much fun and intense that we asked them to start CrossFit training for us as well. Since then there has been no looking back. From thrice a week to six days a week. The workouts are always different, new and challenging. The journey so far has been full of learning, pushing our limits, and motivation to keep doing better. I have never seen them lose their patience on being asked the same thing again and again. They focus a lot on the correct form and they know what we are capable of more than us. The workouts they design are perfect to suit one's body type and capability. From beginners to advanced, with them you are in the right hands! The workouts are fun as well as we talk, pull each other's legs and push each other to be better. The workouts have been challenging but rewarding! From 'you are good' to as Wasim sir says 'bodybuilder' and 'gunda kaisa banega tumlog' the journey so far has been very motivating.
